SuprElle Terms of Service

Effective October 2, 2026

These Terms govern your use of SuprElle, operated by LEGAL_ENTITY, LEGAL_ADDRESS (“we”). By using the app, you agree to them.

The app is not medical advice

SuprElle is a personal logging companion for doses, weight, protein, side effects, and notes. It is not medical advice, a diagnostic tool, or a substitute for a qualified clinician. Do not start, stop, or change medication based on the app; discuss care decisions with your medical team.

Subscriptions

Optional subscriptions are $9.99 weekly, $29.99 monthly, or $199.99 annually; only annual includes a 7-day trial. Store subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple or Google controls store billing, cancellation, and store refunds. Superwall may facilitate the in-app subscription experience.

Founding-member presale

Before launch, we may offer a founding-member presale through a Stripe Payment Link at the price shown there (the current intended offer is $49 for the first year). Stripe processes payment. Buyers receive access instructions by email when the app is live. We offer a 14-day refund from purchase; email CONTACT_EMAIL with the purchase email. This presale does not guarantee a release date or platform.

Acceptable use, disclaimers, and liability

Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app. It is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Ending service and changes

You may stop using the app at any time. We may change or discontinue it, subject to applicable law. We may update these Terms and will revise this date for material changes.
