Health data stays local by default

The app stores the information you enter — including doses, weight, protein, side effects, notes, and photos — in its on-device database. This information is sensitive personal health information. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Optional backup

Backup is off unless you choose to enable it in the app. If you opt in, the backup service receives the data necessary to provide that backup. You can turn backup off through Settings. Photos remain on your device unless an explicitly enabled feature tells you otherwise.

Processors

Apple or Google process store payments. Stripe processes founding-member presale payments and supplies limited transaction information needed for access or refunds. Superwall may receive subscription-status information. Mixpanel, Inc. may receive limited, de-identified product-usage and device/app diagnostics for product analytics in the US data region; it is configured to exclude dose, weight, symptom, note, and photo data. GlitchTip is self-hosted by Supr Labs LLC and handles crash reporting; it is not a third party, with sensitive fields scrubbed. You can use in-app controls to opt out of configured analytics and crash reporting.

Use, retention, and deletion

We use information to operate the app, provide opted-in backup, respond to support, validate subscriptions, and improve reliability. We retain support and transaction records only as needed for support, legal obligations, and refunds. You can export local data and delete it through the app’s privacy and account controls. To request deletion of account or backup data we hold, email CONTACT_EMAIL.

Your rights and contact

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of data we hold. The app is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy and will change its effective date. Contact: CONTACT_EMAIL.
